Overview

This Refund and Cancellation Policy applies to all paid services on the Upcharify platform, including but not limited to doctor consultations, health packages, and subscription plans offered by Upcharify Health Tech Pvt Ltd.

We aim to process all valid refunds fairly and promptly. Please read this policy carefully before making a payment.

Cancellation by User

2.1 Doctor Consultations

Cancellation Time Refund Amount
More than 24 hours before appointment 100% refund
Between 4–24 hours before appointment 50% refund
Less than 4 hours before appointment No refund
No-show (user does not join) No refund

Cancellation by Doctor / Platform

If an appointment is cancelled by the doctor or by us due to:

You will receive a 100% refund to your original payment method, or the option to reschedule at no additional cost.

In case of platform-side cancellations, you will be notified via SMS/email/in-app notification as early as possible.

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please:

  1. Email us at support@upcharify.com with the subject line: "Refund Request – [Your Order/Booking ID]".
  2. Include your registered mobile number or email, the transaction ID, and the reason for your refund request.
  3. Submit the request within 7 days of the appointment or payment date.

Our team will acknowledge your request within 2 business days and resolve it within 7–10 business days.

Refund Processing Time

Once a refund is approved:

Debit / Credit Card 5–7 business days
Net Banking 3–5 business days
Upcharify Wallet Credits Immediate

Refunds are credited to the original payment source. We do not issue refunds in cash or via third-party payment instruments other than the original method used.

Disputes

If you are dissatisfied with the resolution of your refund request, you may escalate the matter by emailing support@upcharify.com with "ESCALATION" in the subject line. We will re-review your case within 7 business days.
