How do I delete my account?

Email us at support@upcharify.com with the subject "Account Deletion Request" from your registered email address. We'll process your request within 7 business days.

How do I request my personal data?

Send an email to support@upcharify.com with subject "Data Access Request". We'll provide a summary of your data within 30 days as per DPDP Act requirements.

My consultation was not completed. What do I do?

Email us at support@upcharify.com with your booking ID and a brief description of what happened. If the issue was on our end, we'll refund or reschedule at no cost.

How do I cancel an appointment?

You can cancel an appointment directly from the app under "My Appointments". Cancellations are subject to our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

How do I report a doctor for misconduct?

Email support@upcharify.com with the subject "Misconduct Report" and include the consultation ID and details. We take such reports very seriously and investigate all complaints.

I was charged twice for the same booking. What should I do?

Email us immediately at support@upcharify.com with your transaction IDs. Duplicate charges are fully refunded within 3–5 business days once verified.
